Happy Cinco De Mayo everyone! Cinco de Mayo isn’t Mexico’s version of Fourth of July of Canada Day– or an excuse to guzzle tequila. Instead, it’s a commemoration of the Battle of Puebla, where in 1862 Mexican forces were victorious against troops, a celebration of heritage and pride that is celebrated by Mexican-American communities in the United States. And there’s no reason not to get in on the action. Here’s some great recipes to make sure you have the best Mexican food on the block!
